बहुत निकले मेरे अरमान लेकिन फिर भी कम निकले।
नहीं है ना-उमीद इक़बाल अपनी किस्मत से,
ज़रा नम हो तो यह मिट्टी बड़ी ज़रख़ेज़ है साथी।
अगर खुदी को समझ ले तू, तो सब कुछ तेरा है,
यह जहाँ भी, वो जहाँ भी तेरे इरादे का हिस्सा है।
मक़ाम-ए-परवाज़ को समझ, ये सफर आसान नहीं,
हर शख़्स में इश्क़ का दीवाना नहीं।
